Can only comment at this stage regarding despatch and delivery. Still to unpack the hand basin and bath but appear to have been well packed on a pallet plus timber support.
David Fairhurst has been dealing with my order and an issue I had with an incorrect panel. Through he has been professional and extremely helpful dealing with my queries promptly and effectively.
I found the customer service team to be significantly more responsive and helpful than the returns department.
After returning an item, I was informed via email that it had been deemed damaged and that no refund would be issued. As I had taken photographs prior to returning the item, I contacted customer support to query this decision.
My enquiry was handled by Jessica Broderick, who was both professional and diligent throughout. She investigated the matter promptly and arranged for the refund to be processed without delay.
The product itself was excellent quality, though unfortunately not the correct size for our needs. I would like to commend Jessica for her outstanding assistance. However, I believe the returns team would benefit from further training to ensure a more consistent and accurate returns process.

Unfortunately part of our ordered arrived damaged. However, Victorian Plumbing responded quickly to our Email and we were treated very well by Elizabeth Hesketh who arranged for a replacement to be sent.
Other than the damage, the units are very good quality and we would recommend this company. The service we received made us feel we are valued customers.

I purchased the Verona Whirlpool Freestanding Bath with Matt Black 12 Jet Airspa System in November 2025. After only two uses, the whirlpool system stopped working! Customer service was almost impossible to reach—no phone support and unhelpful online chat. Three months later, still no response. Extremely disappointed—an expensive bath with zero aftercare. The bath comes with a guarantee but it's impossible to use it
Order , delivery time and service were all good . I had received a combined toilet roll and brush holder free standing. Assembly instructions were very skimpy but the item itself was for the most part ok in build. The toilet roll protection plate hinge was terrible in design and loose after assembly. Made in China says it all.. Price was high for the quality of finish. Here endeth the lesson.
I ordered a Bemis toilet seat which, although marked as dispatched, was still awaiting collection by the courier DPD a week later. I then received an email stating that my returned goods had been received by Victorian Plumbing! I found it a straight forward process to engage in an online chat with a staff member (other reviews seem to suggest getting help is frought with difficulty - I don't know why) - Josh Eckhart, who was most helpful and has arranged for another one to be sent to me.
First time user. No experience of efficiency or speed of delivery, and no idea of quality and value. I had problems with PayPal process and found it impossible to navigate to another method of payment..Basket minimum of 1 leaves you without cancel facility before your order has been completed.
