I ordered 2 dresses and never received a confirmation email or any updates on shipping. After 2-3 weeks, they finally arrived, but the quality was terrible. I had to pay over €20 to return them from Ireland, as the company required tracked delivery. I reached out multiple times for a refund update, but was ignored every time. It took nearly 4 months and contacting my bank to finally get my money back. I will never order from this company again due to their lack of communication and refusal to issue a refund.
