This company has been a complete letdown. I regret shopping online with them. I placed an order on 11/25/25 and received an email stating it had shipped within five days. However, there was no update from the shipping service, so I contacted the support team daily. They reassured me that it was on its way. Finally, after several days, I reached out again, and they offered to send a replacement without explaining what happened to my original order. When I called, the representative admitted it never left the warehouse. After being misled repeatedly, the best solution they offered was a replacement with standard shipping, even after I offered to pay for express shipping. It's now been six days again, and my order still hasn't shipped. The only option they have now is to refund my money, meaning they held onto it for three weeks without delivering anything. $250 isn't a small amount, and other platforms would handle this situation much better. They seem more interested in charging high prices than in customer satisfaction. I've been waiting for 16 days now, and they even canceled three of my items due to stock issues.
