I have had a terrible experience with trying to order a pair of sneakers from Victoria Secret. I ordered a pair of sneakers that were never delivered. I called VS and was told they cancelled the order and was given no reason. The rep on the line assisted with placing a new order. I was assured I would receive the sneakers between 2/13 and 2/19/2026. I waited till the 20th and still did not receive the package. I called customer service and was told the order never shipped. The only resolution offered was to cancel the order and reorder a 3rd time. I declined feeling I would still be in the same situation and not receive the order I was told the charge would fall off my VS credit card account in 3-5 days. 6 days later I received an email to pay my bill including the amount for the sneakers I did not receive. After 52 minutes and 3 different departments including a senior Rep named Victor I was told I need to put in a dispute that will take up to 90 days. I can not for the life of me comprehend the level of incompetent. This is the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. I will never again deal with this company.
This company has been a complete letdown. I regret shopping online with them. I placed an order on 11/25/25 and received an email stating it had shipped within five days. However, there was no update from the shipping service, so I contacted the support team daily. They reassured me that it was on its way. Finally, after several days, I reached out again, and they offered to send a replacement without explaining what happened to my original order. When I called, the representative admitted it never left the warehouse. After being misled repeatedly, the best solution they offered was a replacement with standard shipping, even after I offered to pay for express shipping. It's now been six days again, and my order still hasn't shipped. The only option they have now is to refund my money, meaning they held onto it for three weeks without delivering anything. $250 isn't a small amount, and other platforms would handle this situation much better. They seem more interested in charging high prices than in customer satisfaction. I've been waiting for 16 days now, and they even canceled three of my items due to stock issues.
