It's been over two weeks since I requested a sample, and unfortunately, it hasn't arrived yet. The tracking only shows a message stating: “Your order is confirmed. We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Check back for updates on your shipment status.” This has not changed at all in the past two weeks! If they can't deliver a sample, I'm hesitant to proceed with a full order for our wedding.
