Review Time
It's been more than two weeks since I asked for a sample, and sadly, it hasn't come yet. Checking the tracker only shows the message: “Your order is confirmed. We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.” This notification hasn't changed in the past two weeks! If they can't manage to send a sample, I might need to think twice about placing a full order for our wedding.

If they can't deliver a sample, I'm hesitant to proceed with a full order for our wedding.
I received my order today and it looks fantastic. There was a slight issue as the parcel got lost during delivery, but I reached out for assistance. The representative was prompt in replying and kept me updated, ultimately resolving the issue. I will 100% be ordering from them again due to their excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. They even offered to send a replacement if the original couldn't be found in time. Highly recommend!
I had a fantastic experience! A huge thank you to the team for their assistance. Due to a delivery issue, which was not their fault, I was anxious about receiving my items on time. I expressed my concerns, and the representative was outstanding. They communicated with me regularly, ensured my items were resent, and informed me of their arrival time. Truly, I couldn't ask for more - what a wonderful service!
The customer support was exceptional - the representative was a true asset. They helped us when our swatch samples were misplaced, and even honored a discount after the deadline due to the delay. The item we wanted was out of stock, but the representative followed up when it became available earlier than expected, allowing us to order eight tie sets for a very happy wedding party. We ordered tie and pocket square sets for our wedding in April. We initially ordered one box to test with my partner's suit, and after deciding on the tie, we ordered an additional eight sets, which gave us a discount on the bulk order. The items arrived beautifully arranged in a lovely box, perfect for the groomsmen to have in their rooms the day before the wedding. The ties looked fantastic on the day! I would definitely recommend this service and will likely purchase more occasion ties in the future!
