I give this one star only because I cannot give it negative stars. I had some outdoor blinds installed in early June 2024 and they still dont work as promised. The Customer Support people are quite helpful but with their help and understanding the problem still exists 6 months later. In addition to this the electrician they used attempted to get some additional (not necessary) 'cash jobs'. He then doesn't supply the Electrical compliance Certificate as required by law. Finally, the total paid according to the Tax Invoice Victory supplied me is $1886.89 less than what I paid. This company may be good in some states but avoid using them in South Australia.
