Review Time
I cannot recommend this service! The blinds were measured by a sales consultant, but when the installer arrived, he was shocked to discover there was only one measurement. He mentioned he had faced similar issues with the consultant's measurements previously. What a terrible start! We spent $2500 on these blackout and sheer blinds, and they have all been problematic. They aren’t the correct width, so they fail to block out light! They don’t roll up evenly, and today they won’t roll up at all due to a cord disconnection. They also have numerous dents and bumps. We have repeatedly attempted to get a response for a warranty claim, but we have received nothing. We contacted the sales department, and they said they forwarded our email to management—still no response! This has now become a consumer and safety concern. With the recent heat wave, we can’t open our main balcony doors, preventing any airflow into our apartment—this is a serious safety issue! We have given plenty of time for this to be resolved—over a month!
We paid our deposit and were informed of a 6 - 7 week lead time, with a promise that the installation would be completed before Christmas. Now, at week 9, we were scheduled for installation on 23/12/25. However, on 22/12/25, I received an SMS (not even a call) informing me that the installation has been pushed to 13/1/26. The blinds were fully paid for in advance, and I am completely disheartened that they won’t be ready for Christmas Day, leaving our 13 guests exposed to the hot sun.

We've already paid in full for the blinds, and I'm extremely disappointed that they won't be ready for our Christmas gathering, where 13 guests will be left in the heat.
I cannot recommend this service! They did not inform me about the installation time until the day of. I wasted my time waiting for a call from the technician, who then told me it would be 6 hours later, possibly as late as 5 PM. People have busy lives! The technician even hung up on me. I spoke to the management, who claimed this is their standard practice, but it's unacceptable. I lost hours that could have been better spent elsewhere. Clearly, I advise against using them.
The representative was very pleasant, and the technician who installed the blinds did an excellent job. My only issue was that fitting was canceled twice, but I understand that things happen. I would definitely use this service again.
Unfortunately, I have been let down by this company. I faced issues with late installations, changes to schedules, faulty blinds, misleading sales pitches, and difficulty reaching customer service. This has led to a formal complaint, which I've never had to do before. It's been a terrible experience, and I suspect they are using fake 5-star reviews. Avoid at all costs.
