This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a curtain or blind company. There have been countless errors in our order, including incorrect sizes and multiple blinds for the same window in different colors. The re-make was lost in the system, and the curtains were not what we ordered. They didn't save our material after we paid a deposit and then ran out of it. Most recently, the curtain tracks don’t fit at all. They are quick to take your money but fail to deliver. No one at the company takes responsibility, and management has not responded to my requests despite promises. It’s been 4 months, and we still don’t have all our curtains or blinds, but they certainly have our money.
