Terrible customer service by the sales team when it came to asking them to fix curtains that didn’t do what they were designed to do. They are impossible to get in contact with, especially the sales teams, when you need something fixed. I’ve been chasing them for an option to repair for over 3 months and all they suggest (when they occasionally respond) is for me to pay more to get an extra curtain or blind to fix the problem.
