Thursday 28 August we had awnings fitted to the deck. The awning closest to the wall appeared offline and the installer, Jack, advised that the deck was not level. We have since put a level on the deck and found it is level but the awning does not follow the board line therefore would skew the result. I’m no installer but I do wish to have this remedied as we feel that we should not pay for awnings that do not have a good visual feel or my be distorted and may reduce the life of the waning
