We've been waiting for our install for several months now of curtains and blinds. Fiona who came out to our place was fantastic and really helpful. But service since then has been poor and inconsistent, plus one of the blinds was incorrectly sized. I just got off the phone where they advised that blinds and curtains have been delayed and they wont do the install until early November. I shouldn't have to be following up to find out about delays, I would expect they'd keep in contact to let me know, particularly if they are several months behind delivery date already. Avoid.
