The product and installation were OK but the biggest problem with Victory is that it is impossible to speak directly to a staff member and get an update on your order unless they call you. When you call their number, it goes to a "Message Answering Service" where you leave a message and they say you will be contacted in 24-48 hours. But they never call you back. Emails are never answered. You just have to wait until they're ready to contact you for installation. No updates, no indication of when something will happen unless they're ready to let you know. One of my blinds was measured incorrectly and it took 10 weeks for them to correct the issue and re-install. But no matter how many times during that process I called them, they never returned my calls. From initial quote to complete installation was about 4 months. I understand there are delays from Covid and such but delays should be handled with good communication. Also they demand full payment before installation and once they have your money, they just don't care. It's not like it was a small order either, it was approx. $10k to do the whole house. It's incredible that after paying that amount of money how poor the customer service is. I would never do business with Victory again and I would never recommend them.
