Woeful experience with this company. I had 5 rooms fitted with blinds, 3 rooms had issues post installation.I called to advise of the issues ( blinds not retracting properly, blind wedged into cassette and cannot be fully opened (too much material on blind and bent damaged spindle installed) & one that makes a loud clicking noise intermittently.) I was advised that the fitter will visit to inspect.I took the day off work. No one turned up, no call to advise, completely unprofessional.I call to find out what's going on, the original sales agent sends an email saying the following 'the technician has said it is not an error on installation. I will need to come back to look.'. Turns up. Indeed the blinds are not suited for purpose & one set installed damaged (these are the same ones recommended by the same sales agent). More time off work & two more engineers call up on the wrong day and ask If I'm at home. Another day is booked for them to visit and they agree the blinds don't work and that I'll have to organise ANOTHER day off for engineers to fit the blinds correctly. Another two engineers turn up and fix two of the rooms. Still have one room with random clicking blind cassette, it didn't make noise while the engineers were there so they said they couldn't do anything. Later I record a video demonstrating the issue. Yet to hear back from the company.Poorly installed, cheap product masquerading as quality material. I've been hoodwinked by this mob. They only want your money and have no customer service or interest in fixing their terrible product. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
