The complaints team promised to investigate our issues and reach out to us. Eight weeks have passed with no updates. The communication from this company is appalling and leaves much to be desired. We received mixed messages, and it seems like the underwriters are overwhelmed, as neither we nor our broker have been given a clear and transparent explanation for the denial. It feels like a blessing in disguise, as I'm sure a chocolate teapot would be more functional.
