I waited without updates, and when I reached out, they provided piecemeal information instead of a complete answer. Their limited office hours conflicted with my work, causing email exchanges to take days. Consequently, I couldn't transfer my cash ISAs within the fixed rate cutoff due to their ineffective processes. While they request all necessary ISA details during sign-up, they don't clearly indicate when a paper form is required, even after entering all information online. They do respond quickly to emails, but you can't view replies in the app, requiring a website login, and there are no notifications for new messages. Overall, this has been a very disappointing first experience with the service.
