I ordered a garden house. It arrived with two missing pieces and, obviously, without them, is not possible to build the house. I asked to customer service for a solution and they don't have that missing parts at warehouse and are only giving me option of 55ch as compensation but they didin't know when can provided us them (no metion of total value of the house, aprox 550chf refound) or paying me partial shipping retun for 55chf! That's not fair for me!! I have a bound of unuseful metall pieces and almost 600 chf less! I need a fair solution.Order 0041005066165. Missing pieces P01210832 (x2).
