QUALITY MUST BECOME BETTERWe had multiple pieces of furniture that are not well-made. I do not expect a "luxury quality" from VidaXL, but at least: furniture should fit, be stable, and be complete.Two dining chars broke shortly after we purchased them. The metal frame underneath the seat is simply too weak.Four cabinets are all skewed, with holes drilled in the wrong places, and damaged upon arrivalFour small wooden dining chairs were damaged upon arrival.The problem is: VidaXL will NOT solve the problem. They offer you to return the furniture to have it replaced, but the replacement will have similar problems and moreover the process is very time consuming, and all that time you're without furniture. In the end of the day, you just swallow that you purchased something of unacceptable quality.A low prices implies that materials are basic, furniture is simple, and assembling you have to do yourself. But it should not mean that furniture is damaged or won't assemble properly.
