I placed an order that was never dispatched. When I reached out to customer service on the expected delivery day due to a lack of tracking information, they confirmed it would be dispatched that day due to an address error. The error was that they didn’t recognize the country. Now they have my money for 10 working days and want me to place another order, but the price has increased. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I'm extremely frustrated as this delay has set back our kitchen build by two weeks.
