I bought the display cabinet from the vidaXL website. The instructions were really bad and the boards were not numbered as stated on the instruction manual. I also received 2 boards which were damaged. Not happy with this purchase at all.
I've never encountered such a frustrating situation where the instructions don't match the parts. There are pre-drilled holes with no explanation in the instructions, and the parts weren't numbered, making it hard to identify them initially. The rubber joints were particularly difficult to work with, making it physically challenging to secure screws for a tight fit. I will not purchase from you again in this lifetime.
I purchased a stylish pink TV cabinet, and overall, I'm pleased with its quality and look. However, I faced some challenges during assembly, as a few holes did not align properly, which made securing all screws according to the instructions difficult.
I placed an order that was never dispatched. When I reached out to customer service on the expected delivery day due to a lack of tracking information, they confirmed it would be dispatched that day due to an address error. The error was that they didn’t recognize the country. Now they have my money for 10 working days and want me to place another order, but the price has increased. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I'm extremely frustrated as this delay has set back our kitchen build by two weeks.
My parcel is lost. I've tried contacting the company for a resolution, but there has been no meaningful support. The provided phone number doesn't connect, and the automated chat system does not assist with complaints. I've received multiple acknowledgments of my escalations with no results. I demand immediate confirmation of a full refund without further delays. If this issue isn't resolved quickly, I will initiate a chargeback and escalate the matter to the relevant authorities.
