There was no problem with VidaXL, who despatched the tent within a few days of ordering, and the tent itself is good value for the money.
The problem, which is why we say 4 stars, not 5, came with the delivery. Evri managed to 'lose' the parcel in transit and it was only when we were very firm with them that they managed to find it. When it was finally delivered, the driver put it on the doorstep, knocked once and ran back to their van.
