I don’t even know where to start…Bunkbed - Terrible, terrible product - broken pieces, wood chipped off in places, unpainted areas and screws that didn’t fit. After spending 4 hours attempting to assemble it, we had to give up. Mind you, this was a licensed carpenter that was unable to assemble it. That just goes to show how ridiculous this product is. After emailing and chatting with customer service 1000 times, we were asked to pack the product in the original box. This was impossible. So we found other packaging andfinally got customer service to arrange for return pickup. We were not given a specific date, and then suddenly, to our joy, we were informed of a specific date for pickup. However, nothing happened. So we communicated with customer service again, and were told that they would arrange for pickup (seemingly oblivious to the fact that we had written that they never picked up on the previous date.) Now, 1 month later, the package has still not been picked up. We are at our wits end. Although very polite, we suspect that customer service chat and email responders are robots. They never reply in a way that makes sense according to what we have written, and we have to start every conversation from the very beginning. Each chat session takes around 45 minutes and emailing is just ridiculous. We will continue pursuing the issue as we want our money back. But before you venture into the quicksand that is VidaXL, don’t do it! Pay a bit more and keep your sanity!Updated: as per your request - my order number is 0045004445523
