Review Time
So far, nothing has happened. My order has not been shipped, there has been no update what so ever. It's been 9 days now; and the estimated time for delivery was 3-5 work days. What a complete joke. I need to know where my goods are.
I bought a bookshelf and a chest with drawers. I can say that these furniture are so far the worst quality furniture i have ever bought. Everything about it sucks: colour, cheap weak material, wrong and unequal guiding holes on wrong places. I mean I'm speechless. Never ever will I ever buy thom this company again.
I bought a horrible bed for 270€. I paid that for almost carton. To assemble it was so annoying that I felt tricked. Every little wooden cylinder you’re supposed to put in the wood crumbles down so easily I think it’s not even wood. The screws are horrible too, you use screwdriver in them and they’re literally screwed 😅 it took me 2h to build just the head of the bed and it was so wiggly that I thought it will break in two months. I paid 270€ for carton. The colour was bad too, looked like a carrot. The process of returning is taking ages. They’re supposed to pick it up on Thursday but no news so I don’t know if I have to take a day off. I was gonna drop it off myself but they told me the package is too big so they will come get it, which will cost me 15€ per package (I have 3) and they give me no choice for the cheaper postage of me dropping them off.Now I’m buying a second hand bed in real wood. Never again.
I wanted to get my wife a shoe shelf and this site was the only one that had what she wanted. I proceeded to order it but made a error in the shipping and needed to go back and canel it. I then tried to contact them (which they are only avaiable from 9-11) but was constantly sugguest that I use their robot. After 3 days of getting mails at midnight about how to delete the account, I had enough and talked with family member who order the same product.They (customer service) say that they can not do those sorts of thing and it has to go to their IT team. Come on guys really!?! you would think that be the end of it...not by a long shot.Its 3 weeks removed from christmas and the gift has arrived and been unpacked. Upon assmebly of it we've come to find out that the shelves are not aligned, so it will always be off center and if we were to put shoes in it, it could fall and hurt someone. My wife has spent 10 days chatting back and forth about their procedure for returning or moeny back and its purely obvious that she is chatting with a robot and they constantly send responce mails back at midnight when we/she is sleeping.Now, they are trying to send us a return label but we have to find boxes to send this back because we already tossed the orignal. In the end, they finally just gave the money back...WHICH WE WERE TRYING TO DO FROM THE START!If you want a headache and constantly be misinformed of things these are your people. I have never seen pure poor customer service like this and I have learned my lesson and will never by anything from this company and site ever again. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!
