I ordered a bed frame and headboard, but upon arrival, the headboard was missing. I contacted support and was informed a new one would be sent. A week later, I received a small box with two pieces, which were supposedly the headboard. After clarifying, it turned out that the headboard was not included as advertised. I sent photos of what I received, and they offered me a credit note as compensation. Thankfully, this issue has been resolved, and I will receive a replacement headboard soon. Thank you to the representative for their assistance.
