UPDATE:I am editing my review from one star to three because I can confirm the company did eventually pay my refund along with a €25 euro compensation, so they can be trusted to refund eventually despite it taking a very long time. Gil in customer service was the one who did help push it through, and she was responsive, helpful and professional. So thank you to her for that. ORIGINAL REVIEW:Do not order from this company. I placed an order with them back in February, which I returned in March. Now in June - 3 months later - the money STILL hasn't been returned to my account, meaning they are holding hundreds of euros of my money. I have been back and forth with customer service and they keep promising they will make the refund but they still haven't.
