During the purchase process, I was never informed that the payment could take this long to be processed. At no point during the order or payment process was I told that verification could take this amount of time. If I had known, I would have chosen a different payment method.At checkout, the delivery time was stated as 2–4 business days, but it has now been a full week and my order has still not been processed. I have now been told it may take an additional week just to verify a payment that was completed and transferred on day one.This lack of transparency is unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service.Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this store based on this situation.
I have done everything possible to buy 2 pieces of furniture from this company. Over 10 emails to this point. I have attempted to send money, I have clarified my address, I have attempted to find a human to talk to. I give up. They offered me a 35 euro coupon, which I sure would not be able to use. After all I can't actually buy anything on their site. I need furniture badly and really wanted this to work. I read the bad reviews and chose the products carefully and gave them the benefit of the doubt. NOTHING HAS WORKED. I give up. I have been working on this for 2 weeks. I give up. Desisto. Me ofereceram um cupom de 35 euros, que com certeza não poderei usar. Afinal, não consigo comprar nada no site deles. Preciso muito dos móveis e realmente queria que isso desse certo. Li as avaliações negativas, escolhi os produtos com cuidado e dei a eles o benefício da dúvida. NADA FUNCIONOU. Desisto. Estou tentando há duas semanas. Desisto.

And then they do not have spare parts too send me or any money back ..This is not good i put alot of hours mounting the whole cabenitry and now i need too cut the wood on the draws too make them fit and it will not look good there will be a gap it the middel Very disapointing...
