I ordered a garden sofa set €529.99 when it arrived I couldn’t believe how bad the quality is the chairs are the size for children the cushions are so thin that you couldn’t sit on them because the metal bars on the seat stick into your back and bum . Asked for a return on Thursday end of business today Monday haven’t heard a thing from the company just an email saying they will be in contact ? Tried there chat app got disconnected twice they said it’s probably there internet? Then got through again to be told nothing they can do I just have to wait for them to contact me . Not messing around put in a claim to paypal
