I purchased a dining table at the beginning of February, the table top came in 3 parts and was warped so the screws to join it together wouldn't fit, the side of the table was also split so I contacted vidaXL and asked them to arrange pickup and provide a refund as I thought the table was poor quality. At first they agreed then they delayed the pickup and started making excuses about having a problem with the couriers which I knew was not true after speaking to the courier. Now they are not replying to my emails so I am left with having to take legal action to get a refund.Just read your reply!!!The last email I got from your company was on 11 March and it was from Shaira not from you, also the reply before that was from Ralph - again not you.I have not received an email from you about a refund and nothing has been deposited to my account.Please email me proof that you have refunded my account.UPDATE: I have NO email from you And NO refund in my account!
