They tried charging me an extra month. what i owed for my bill went from 80.65 to 86.23 to 89.46 over 4 months. They took my payment but didn't count it towards what i owed and upped my balance by 98 dollars the next month. I called to get it worked out and all they keep doing is trying to tell me that it all seems okay and that I just don't understand what happened.
