The veterinarians that night completely disregarded my concerns. They refused to refer my male cat to an emergency vet despite him urinating a significant amount of blood, insisting that I wait two days until my regular vet was available. Tragically, my cat passed away the next day! When I reached out to express my frustration, they merely recounted our conversation, quoting me about the blood and the vet's dismissive comments. They even suggested I seek counseling for the loss of my pet. I pointed out that I had clearly stated the severity of the situation, yet the vet never asked for any visual evidence and simply assumed he was fine because he was walking. I am still awaiting a response.
