I was directed to the service for after-hours emergencies. Earlier, my vet had scheduled a routine appointment for four days later, but advised me to reach out if my cat's condition worsened. However, they deemed my cat's situation non-life-threatening. My cat, who is epileptic, had an abscess and was unable to relieve herself, leading to seizures. The service insisted this wasn’t an emergency. I don’t understand how they could conclude that; she was in pain and distress!
