When I reached out to express my frustration, they provided a summary of our conversation, quoting me about the blood issue and the vet's dismissive response, stating that as long as he was walking, he was fine. They then claimed it wasn't their fault and suggested counseling for pet loss. I replied, pointing out that they quoted my concern about the bleeding, yet the vet never asked for evidence or details, simply assuring me he was okay. I am still waiting for a response from them.
