This service is completely non-functional; I attempted the most basic tasks imaginable, but it simply does not respond. For example, I tried to modify an existing video and change a symbol, but it failed to execute the request. Even when I used images for simple edits, it wouldn't comply. The text interpretations are consistently incorrect; it generally gets everything wrong. I strongly advise against using this service! They are aware of their flaws, which is why they do not offer refunds.
