I accidentally signed up for an annual subscription instead of a monthly one and realized my mistake immediately. I attempted to contact the support team multiple times to resolve this and request a refund for the €96.00 charged, but I've received no response. It's incredibly frustrating to be stuck with an unwanted year-long subscription, especially with no way to reach customer service. I'm very disappointed with the lack of support and wish to have my money refunded promptly.
