CASE ONGOINGI was planning to get my wedding dress from here and had great communication up until the point of paying the invoice. Following that, despite knowing my wedding would be less than 6 months away, they gave few and far between responses. I sent numerous emails asking for fittings, details on the dress only to be ignored. It came to the point that I had to find an alternative for my wedding dress and the whole process caused so much stress.Since then (two years ago!) I am still today chasing for my refund. I have send emails, messages on instagram and over the course of the last year, had a handful of replies which were either mere acknowledgments of my message, or claims that they had refunded me the money - they did not. I pressed to ask for evidence of the payment and each time they ignored this query.They have no respect or compassion for their customers, and you should no entrust them with something as special as a wedding dress, or your business generally for that matter_____________________________________________________________Update (23rd October):I have since received communication from Viela for offer of a full refund (plus 20%) Additionally, they have offered a custom coat and scarf.This is to be expected to be received in early November, when I will update my review to confirm is the case.
