Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. It took far too long to get updates on my order (placed in May 2025!!) and delays kept piling up. Ultimately, I requested a refund but have yet to receive anything. I had to send a follow-up message since they stopped responding to my original email. Avoid this company if you’re outside Lithuania!

Disappointing service and communication, but received refund

I contacted the company on September 10th to ask about delivery to the US and the timeline for a coat. They said it would arrive by the end of September. I paid for the coat shortly after but received no confirmation. After following up, they confirmed payment and said the coat was in production, but it would be delayed. By early November, I still hadn’t heard anything and had to chase them for an update. I finally got an email with a tracking number, but the package hadn't shipped after a week. After another follow-up, they informed me there was an issue with the shipment, and they initiated a new one. However, DHL reported a missing invoice from the company. I reached out to notify them, and after a few days, they said there was another issue and they would make a new jacket to ship soon. I requested a refund, and they promptly processed it, which I appreciated. However, I spent a lot of time worrying about this and did not receive the product. I can't speak to the quality of their items, but they need to improve their communication and production management.

Still thrilled a year later!

A year later, I'm still delighted with my beautiful and functional coat from this brand. I wore it recently, and even while biking in the wind, I felt snug and warm. The service was also exceptional. I would highly recommend!
