I do not recommend doing business with Viela Clothing or Joana Rožkovaitė. My experience was very poor. She promised to make a dress within two weeks, but I received it after four months. The entire process was stressful for me, marked by delays and constant excuses.When I finally received the dress, it looked like a bag. Joana said that this was how it was supposed to be, even though I clearly remembered how it looked when I tried it on in the studio. The dress was supposed to be tailored to my measurements.Eventually, after some back-and-forth communication, they were able to adjust the dress to fit me properly. While the final result was acceptable, the whole experience left me feeling like I didn’t even want to wear the dress anymore. I won’t be buying from Joana or Viela again.I see that most reviews here are positive, but for a different perspective, check Viela Apranga, MB on rekvizitai.vz.lt.
