Enjoyed the tour to cu Chi tunnels in general but some points stood out negatively;-The tour was listed as half day but due to driving time to and from hcm it pretty much a full day. Nothing to do about that but better to communicate it.- pick up was advertised as per your hotel location but I was instructed to walk 15 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the afternoon after the tour. Again, not a super big deal but also not meeting expectations.- lastly, while the tour was fine the tourguide David did a good job in general he was a bit rude sometimes talking about customers when they could not hear him. Also, I was promised pictures/videos via whatsapp afterwards but when inquiring if I could get them the simple answer was 'nope'. Overall nice tour but could definitely improve.
