Enjoyed the tour to cu Chi tunnels in general but some points stood out negatively;
-The tour was listed as half day but due to driving time to and from hcm it pretty much a full day. Nothing to do about that but better to communicate it.
- pick up was advertised as per your hotel location but I was instructed to walk 15 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the afternoon after the tour. Again, not a super big deal but also not meeting expectations.
- lastly, while the tour was fine the tourguide David did a good job in general he was a bit rude sometimes talking about customers when they could not hear him. Also, I was promised pictures/videos via whatsapp afterwards but when inquiring if I could get them the simple answer was 'nope'.
Overall nice tour but could definitely improve.

We would really recommend this tour! The itinerary was clear and well organised. Our guide Jack provided us with a broad and nuanced perspective on the history of the region & Vietnam. He is passionate about teaching people about his roots and speaks English fluently. We learned a lot! Also appreciated the provided drinks (1 water and 1 coconut) and many toilet breaks.☺️
