I placed an order during a sale event, and while I expected some delays, the real issue arose at checkout where it was clearly stated that taxes and duties were included in the final price. Now, I find out I have to pay an additional €14 in taxes! I'm really disappointed with the service. Can you please address this? Otherwise, I’d like to return the package.
