I ordered from this online store for Black Friday. While I expected a delay due to the sale, what really frustrates me is that the checkout clearly stated taxes and duties were included in the final price. Now, I find out I have to pay an additional €14 in taxes! I'm very disappointed with the service. Can anything be done to rectify this? If not, I would like to return the package.

However, after waiting a week with no dispatch email, I reached out to customer service. They informed me that the tote had been oversold, and my order wouldn’t be fulfilled. No goodwill gesture was offered apart from a refund. I won't be ordering again.
I am very disappointed with the lip color and liner. Although the product arrived on time, it is quite expensive for what I received—a lumpy, dull product that doesn’t last long. My lips look dry right after application. Given the poor customer service reviews, I won’t bother to complain. Lesson learned!
