I treated myself to a new tote and some products. The website indicated that items were in stock, and I received an order confirmation. However, after waiting a week with no dispatch email, I reached out to customer service. They informed me that the tote had been oversold, and my order wouldn’t be fulfilled. I questioned whether my order was missed or if others faced the same issue, but my email went unanswered. This was a disappointing first experience, especially since I had to inquire about my order. No goodwill gesture was offered apart from a refund. I won't be ordering again.
