I ordered from this online store for Black Friday. While I expected a delay due to the sale, what really frustrates me is that the checkout clearly stated taxes and duties were included in the final price. Now, I find out I have to pay an additional €14 in taxes! I'm very disappointed with the service. Can anything be done to rectify this? If not, I would like to return the package.
