Inferior quality and unresponsive support

I ordered two lamps, and unfortunately, one arrived damaged, and both had the wrong plug type. I reached out to inquire about returning the items, but their support team has not provided any helpful information. Although they initially replied, I haven’t heard back since. The quality of their products is disappointing, and I recommend avoiding this company, as returning items seems nearly impossible.
