AVOID THIS PLACE

AVOID THIS PLACE! I didn’t realize that the items were shipping directly from overseas. As soon as I noticed my mistake, I attempted to cancel the order. The support team was unhelpful. After several weeks, the items were finally sent. Fortunately, I was home to refuse the delivery and received a refund through the payment platform. However, it was a frustrating process. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Poor quality products and return hassle

I ordered a gift for a friend's housewarming, but it arrived two weeks late, making it too late for the occasion. The quality was poor, and the USB cable was unattractive. The colors were dull and not as shown in the pictures. Had I known it shipped from overseas, I wouldn't have placed the order. I had to email the support team and complete a return form in another language since the website lacks return options, but I’m unsure if I’ll be able to return it and get my money back. Update: After several emails, I gave up and accepted a partial refund. Better to get something back than to continue emailing and incur return fees.

Extremely disappointed with the product

I am extremely disappointed with the product. The lamp I ordered looks nothing like the images—cheap materials and poor quality, definitely not the design as advertised. It feels like a low-quality item rebranded. I couldn’t even find a safety label, which raises concerns. Overall, it feels misleading and not worth the price.

Inferior quality and unresponsive support

I ordered two lamps, and unfortunately, one arrived damaged, and both had the wrong plug type. I reached out to inquire about returning the items, but their support team has not provided any helpful information. Although they initially replied, I haven’t heard back since. The quality of their products is disappointing, and I recommend avoiding this company, as returning items seems nearly impossible.
