After numerous emails, a cheap non-gold necklace arrived on 23/12/25. I've sent many more messages without any response. I had no choice but to report the situation to the authorities. My advice is to avoid this service entirely. I worry that this company operates multiple outlets and simply shuts them down when their unlawful activities come to light. As a pensioner, I can't afford to lose nearly £100.
