I placed an order for an “I Love You” necklace toward the end of September. Since the product was being shipped from the UK to Dubai, I waited patiently at first. However, when the delivery did not arrive even by the end of November, I became concerned and worried that I might have lost my money, as the payment had already been made online. In that state of distress, I posted a negative review here and also commented on Viktoria’s Instagram ads.
Shortly after, Mr. Louise from the team personally reached out to me, ensured that my order was delivered, and also promised a full refund. This truly turned the situation around for me—I ended up with double happiness from a single order, and it was ultimately worth the wait.
While I feel the company’s operations are quite large and customer response times can take months, especially for delayed orders, the way my issue was handled in the end was reassuring. Based on the final outcome, I would now rate the experience 4 out of 5.
I am currently awaiting my refund, and once that is completed, I would be happy to continue ordering from them in the future.

Frustrated with Lack of Response and Issues with Order

I'm reaching out again since the support team hasn't replied to my emails, even after Christmas. I want to express my disappointment regarding a personalized ring I ordered for 50 euros, which arrived without the requested engraving. They initially offered a 50% refund due to the delay, but only if I changed my review. After realizing the ring wasn't personalized, I contacted them again, and they promised a full 100% refund, again contingent on changing my review. I'm still waiting, and they haven't even asked for my card details. It feels like they're toying with my time. I ended up spending an additional 20 euros to expedite my order, which ultimately caused me to miss my girlfriend's birthday. They seem more concerned about their reputation on review platforms than resolving my issue, as they respond quickly there. I suspect that if they reply again, it will just be another promise of a refund, and I’ll be waiting another month for it to process. I've even shared my card information, stating I would change my review once I received the refund.

Extremely Disappointed with My Order

I placed an order for a £99.99 gold hug necklace on 2/12/25 as a special thank you gift. The money was taken from my account (£99.99). After numerous emails, a cheap non-gold necklace arrived on 23/12/25. I've sent many more messages without any response. I had no choice but to report the situation to the authorities. My advice is to avoid this service entirely. I worry that this company operates multiple outlets and simply shuts them down when their unlawful activities come to light. As a pensioner, I can't afford to lose nearly £100.

Avoid placing orders!

Avoid placing orders! If you wish to return an item, the support team will not respond, and their policy states that returns are only accepted upon their approval. I have reached out multiple times since late November 2025 regarding an order made through a payment service. Due to their refusal to allow a return, I am being compelled to pay for an item I do not want. The payment service is unable to assist me.

As of December 13, 2025, the order remains labeled as “not processed,” with no estimated delivery date provided. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to the customer support team via email, I have received absolutely no response. The complete absence of communication, along with the failure to process my order, is unacceptable and has led me to suspect that this might be an online shopping scam. I demand an IMMEDIATE FULL REFUND WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY. Given the non-processing of my order and the total lack of customer support, I have begun taking steps to escalate this situation and will pursue formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection and legal authorities. If this matter is not resolved promptly and professionally, I will take further action.

I found the company and their rings on social media and they seemed quite impressive. However, after purchasing my ring, I received no communication whatsoever. Lack of Response and Frustration

I have reached out to this company multiple times but have yet to receive any response. I need an update regarding my order and wish to cancel and obtain a refund for the incorrect item I received. The total absence of communication is extremely frustrating, making it feel unreliable and almost like a scam.
