I placed an order for a blouse and a jacket without checking the reviews first. They are completely different from what was advertised! The shape, fabric, color, and sizing are all terrible. I've tried reaching out to the support team, but the email doesn't work. They don't respond to phone calls either. The address listed for their London office is a boarded-up building. They shouldn't be allowed to operate under false pretenses. I paid with a credit card, so hopefully, I can get my money back. Please avoid these dishonest sellers!
