Review Time
I wanted to return an item but either had to send back to China at a cost to me and the risk that it would not arrive or take a partial refund by way of a store credit. I took the store credit and ordered another blouse. It has never arrived and there is not a way to get in touch. I have tried using the number on their website, it hangs up after two rings, I have emailed and the email gets returned as undeliverable and the same with their contact message on their website. Please do not risk ordering with this company.

Ordered a Jacket when it came, it had a hole in it. Emailed 'Customer Service', who initially replied offering 75% discount. When I then tried sending further emails, they all bounced back saying 'undeliverable'.
This is a company is in China. Please do not use this company and if you do, don't expect anything good to come from it.
I regret not checking reviews prior to ordering a black trouser suit! It felt low quality right out of the package, and I immediately donated it. There's no point in trying to return it since I can't get a response. I advise avoiding this site. It took weeks for my order to arrive from overseas.

I placed an order for a blouse and a jacket without checking the reviews first. They are completely different from what was advertised! The shape, fabric, color, and sizing are all terrible. I've tried reaching out to the support team, but the email doesn't work. They don't respond to phone calls either. The address listed for their London office is a boarded-up building. They shouldn't be allowed to operate under false pretenses. I paid with a credit card, so hopefully, I can get my money back. Please avoid these dishonest sellers!

Not even worthy of half a star. I tried to cancel a small order immediately, but four emails to the support address bounced back. After seven attempts to call the provided mobile number, it only rang once before disconnecting. A letter sent via signed delivery couldn't be delivered. I will definitely check reviews before ordering next time. This company is clearly a scam. Now I have to contact my credit card provider to recover my funds.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The items are not cashmere or silk at all; the quality is horrendous. Emails for returns bounce back, and there are no contact details included in the package. I've essentially lost over £100. I'm devastated.
Horrible customer service, and there is no option to return items. The website says to email customer service for a returns form, but they never respond. Items always show as ‘on their way’ upon delivery, so no return option is available. I spent £35 on an item that is much smaller than it should be and looks very cheap. AVOID wasting your money.
