Horrible customer service, and there is no option to return items. The website says to email customer service for a returns form, but they never respond. Items always show as ‘on their way’ upon delivery, so no return option is available. I spent £35 on an item that is much smaller than it should be and looks very cheap. AVOID wasting your money.
